Of the 800 hectares farmed at Gawdy Hall, 65 hectares are permanent pasture, which is rented out for sheep grazing.

The Estate has two full-time employees and one part-time gardener.
Cultivations are based around non-inversion techniques using a 5 metre Vaderstad Top-Down, 6 metre Rexius Twin, and 6 metre Vaderstad drill.
There is 4,500 tonnes of modern on-floor grain storage, complete with stirrer system and propane driers.
